Built for event planners & SDRs

More meetings.
Less chasing.

Zinvite automates Outlook Web calendar invites at scale. Each one personalised, individually timed, sent from your own account — so it lands on the calendar, not in the inbox.

Anything else — support@zinvite.io

Yes. Zinvite works with personal Microsoft accounts (outlook.com, hotmail.com, live.com) and work or school accounts (Microsoft 365, Outlook for Business on outlook.office.com). Log in once through the browser it opens and it remembers your session.
Zinvite sends each invite individually through your own Outlook session at randomised, human-paced intervals — not all at once. Each one appears as a normal calendar invite from you. That said, like any outreach tool, we recommend sending to warm or opted-in contacts and keeping volumes reasonable. We can't make guarantees about Microsoft's account policies, which are outside our control.
No. Every invite is sent directly from your Outlook calendar using your own account. It arrives in the recipient's calendar like any other invite — from your name, with personalised content. There is no Zinvite branding, no third-party sender, and nothing to indicate it wasn't sent manually.
Yes — Zinvite runs on your Windows machine and needs to remain open while the batch is in progress. You can set the sending window (e.g. 9 AM–5 PM) and leave it running in the background. You don't need to actively watch it; it handles everything automatically and shows you a summary when done.
Zinvite will let you know when your free lifetime allowance is used. Your templates, history, and settings are all preserved. To keep sending, upgrade to Starter ($29/mo for 150 invites per month) or Pro ($59/mo for unlimited). You can upgrade directly from the Licence tab inside the app.
No — Starter credits reset on the 1st of each month. Any unused invites from the previous month are cleared and you start fresh with 150. If you regularly need more than 150 per month, Pro gives you unlimited sends.
Your contacts, invite content, templates, and Outlook credentials never leave your machine — everything is stored locally. The only data sent externally is an anonymous usage ping (a hashed machine ID, your plan tier, and invite count) and your licence key for subscription validation. No personal information is ever uploaded.
None at all. Download the installer, run it, and Zinvite sets itself up. On first launch, it opens Outlook Web and asks you to log in. After that it remembers your session. No coding, no APIs, no integrations to configure.
Zinvite automates the Outlook Web interface, which Microsoft can update at any time. If an update breaks something, we aim to release a fix quickly. Our refund policy includes a Technical Fault Credit if a verified issue on our side isn't resolved within 14 days. Interface changes made by Microsoft are outside our control and don't qualify, but we monitor things closely and update the tool proactively.
No. Zinvite is built exclusively for Microsoft Outlook Web. It is not compatible with Gmail, Google Calendar, Apple Mail, Yahoo, or any other provider. If your organisation uses Microsoft 365 or you have a personal Outlook account, you're good to go.
